Dennis Dawson is a founder and four-time past-president of the Bar Association. After years serving as California Deputy Attorney General, Dennis Dawson now practices employment discrimination and business litigation as a solo practitioner.

Yahairah Aristy is the president of the Foundation and a Deputy Public Defender for the County of San Diego handling felony cases.

Andrea St. Julian is the president of the Association and practices criminal and civil appellate law.
